When you in times of trouble and depress, take a look around you. Only those who are there to comfort you are the friends. They are those you can speak from heart to heart.

Living with Ability brings Responsibility. Dying with Ability reveals Irresponsibility

A Selfless Desire to do what's best for the other person can guide us in the Big and Small decisions of a relationship.... It's an expression of sincere love and the defining mark of a Christian relationship.

Today, I was suppose to be working for 4 hours at the outlet only, but then, my OM decided to extend to 6.5 hours, cuz 'Auntie Lynn' will be working for 4 hours instead. Well, reason: She is not trained yet to do the things at the counter yet, so he wants me to stay till 5pm. Praise the Lord then, cuz more 2.5 hours to earn... ha ha ha... :p

I had also saw Liz calculating the salary of each staff for the first 15 days of Oct of every staff. And I saw mine, which is at the moment with 3 digit now. 13 more days before end of the month, well hopfully the earnings are still going up and I'm looking forward to touch another $400+ SGD so that it will be more than enough to purchase the Fina 2003/3150.

I also told EJ to come down for interview since he wishes to work at the outlet, but seems he chose a 'pretty' bad time: I had reminded him earlier before his N'Level end if he wants to work at CBTL, better earlier, cuz all OM will be abroad Singapore this week and most will be back next week or maybe even next month. So things that deals with paper work of hiring staff will have to late.

Still, the interview is quite a success: Heard of EJ that Calvin will call him next month when he returns from Bangkok trip.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is setting up a HQ there to hit into the market... well...

Tomorrow, not working at outlet, so most probaly, I'm going out with Mitch to fix his friend's guitar, and we have no idea when did the guitar is damaged and he kept blaming that I was the one who damage it... duh... ya... nice one... good pal... duh... Well, Colin will be out of Singapore tomorrow (not wrong) so my guitar would be at his place 2 days and I was thinking today to ask him to bring it out, but in the end I decided not to, since he won't be at home for 2 days till Thursday.

I'm somehow very inspired by how the company really hope to keep people up with the stardard of doing things: and I'm also proud in a way the management leadership is also following up tight with the standard, still there are still staff that sometimes don't follow in a way.

Well, can't wait to look forward to own a Fina 2003/3150 ha ha... nah... patients... he he...

WON BEAN BADGE! ! !/Guitar/ My Love.

           17 Oct'04

On Friday, I went for the World of Tea lesson for level 1 at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf HQ. I found the topics very interesting and learnt more things about the processing and prepartion and how to make and taste the tea.

It's an art of knowing Tea, my friends... ha ha... Well, I'd joined the Batch #61 guys for the class, but seems like the new guys just become more 'quieter' than the previous batch... cuz not much responds towards.

The problem that lies in the company mostly is with staff at most outlet. It's true: most of the mentality people carry is, "I'm just here to work to earn a living. As long as I get paid for the effort, it's not my problem."

First problem: Staff don't follow the SOP
Second headahe: Staff does not have the Customer's Service standard towards customers.

After the break time, the Tea world continued: The difference between High quality and Low quality Tea here to differenciate. Then continued towards how the company have it's way of making new varities of tea.

Later is the final quiz for Tea Word. Guess what? I scored 100% for the quiz... ha ha ha... Praise the LORD! ! !

Though it's just 10 MCQ question, there are people still score below the passing mark, which is 80%.

Then went home. The next lesson is the World of Coffee. Same as before, I'm with the Batch #61 people, and like ever... most of the guys isn't interested, and most bring their "I'm here to work only" attitude.

Same as WoT, The WoC also ends with quiz, which I scored yet another 100%! ! ! Praise the Lord ha ha... well by scoring both 100%, I had earned a bean badge, which only those who have perfect score will earn the badge. Well so far in my outlet at HGP, only Farmie had earn the honor of it at level 1, but it's a great honor, cuz Outlet Manager and Assistance Manager don't have one... ha ha... well... ...

So now I'd earned myself one with my best friend helping me; Holy Spirit. I love You my Good Friend. No one can compare with You. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord! ! !

           Guitar

Yesterday, I went to Davis Guitar and bought a Fina Classical Guitar at a price tag of $90 SGD w/ Guitar bag, it cost $106. Well it's a good thing... ha ha... My next targeted Guitar is the Fina 2003/3150 without pickup, but what was left there is the one with an equalizer which cost $460 SGD and that is very X man... Well I got to wait for next month's salary and the next shipment of Fina 2003/3150 guitar.

For the moment, I will place the Classical Guitar at Colin's place till I get the Fina 2003/3150, which he also reminded me that his place not for guitar or another meaning 'guitar gallery'... ha ha ha... Well that's not the thing now. If I bought the Fina 2003/3150, the Classical Guitar will move house; move to whose house? Hmm... maybe to 'her' house. Want to bless 'her' the chance to learn the guitar.

Still, one thing which I really find very irritated is why is it people like to borrow guitar even they have own one? If you don't have one guitar, for me, I do understand, but YOU HAVE YOUR OWN GUITAR! ! ! and the question is why don't you play your own guitar? Is it mine is better? or is it mine is newer? or what? what is the thing? Borrow here and there... ... I find it very irritated by this, and don't try borrow my guitar for 'own show off' pleasure, cuz I do find it very irritated. And I mean it... ...

If a guitar in ancient times is like a sword, every swordsmen have their own sword. And they know their own sword's personality well, unless it's broken and needed to borrow one.

Some who read this might judge that I'm very 'unwilling' to lend my guitar, but think about this; will you go and borrow other guitarist guitar to play in CG? Guess not many. Well till I get the Fina 2003/3150 then say. The Classical will then is discussible to lend or not, but the Fina 2003, it will be prohibited. Take it, or leave it.

           My Love

Pretty strange topic name right? Maybe some people might think of hobbies etc... but what I am about to talk about the girl I love. I think it is very hard for me to talk about this, cuz the truth is that I don't know how 'she' feels about me.

It's true that it is just a different between a 'Yes' and a 'No'; but I really want to know 'her' truth even though 'she' knows my truth towards 'her', but does 'she' still knows my affection towards 'her' still remains the same?

Still, day and night, second after the Lord is 'her'. My mind is still thinking about how 'she' is doing and how was the N' level examination? How is your spiritual growth? What have the Lord done for you today? Any new conviction have come into you? How is your day with people/family members around? etc...

That is the confession I had made to the Holy Spirit yesterday and admitted that I'm still loving 'her' as ever no matter how much temptation the Devil have brought to me; which really almost decesive my heart and opinion toward other girls. The word, which I promised 'her' was almost like a conviction in my heart; it's like carve in my heart there, which keep on reminding me, "I will wait for you"

Like the very last entry, I mentioned about the word 'wait'. It's easy to explain, but to act upon it, it is really tough and is vexing toward my spirit. Somehow my spirit is getting tired of waiting and waiting and is really tiring. I really want to know 'her' truth, and is preparing if 'her' truth is a 'No'.

If it is a 'No', at least I do hope that I can be like King David, still dancing around his throne praising God even the first child which Bathsheba bore for him died. (It's a the feeling of King David at that time... ) At least we can still remain as friends.

At least I know God maybe preparing other things. I remember writer Joshua Harris discribe it as God is preparing another person for him. Well it's talking him... not me... ha ha... Skip this part then.

Still if it is a 'Yes'? Seriously, I'm not a very high expectation person. Who would really love a sometime 'hot' and sometime so 'cold' person? Well too far to think about.

Yet again, I want to repeat, I want to really know 'her' truth towards me. At least my heart will be at peace no matter a 'Yes' or a 'No'.

May the Holy Spirit lead me as I chose the road ahead. And I do really hope to see the time to re-call 'her' about the last promise.

2nd Salary for Sep coming / When Light comes, Darkness have to give way.

Transmission

           11 Oct'04

This marks closer to the day of my 2nd month salary in the part-time job; I guess the longers of all. Praise the Lord.

I'm still thinking planning what to do with the sum of money; 10% for tithe, 1/4 to bills/savings... which left me quite a sum. I'm still hoping there is enough to get a Fina 2003/3150 or Fina 1216 by the end of the year at least for an Accoustic Guitar. Still if not, I might get a budget Classical Guitar. I guess I might purchase the first Classical Guitar I got at first again, or a better one than that. Still, it's the budget thing I have to plan.

I was blessed with a total of $150 dollars by my Aunt, who live in Taiwan, when she's still in Singapore. I really thank God that the sum came in time, which I have still have quite a sum in the bank. Praise the Lord and I thank my Aunt as well. Though I failed to bring her the 2 Southern Tea Leaves, I'd gave in return 1 Tropical Passion & 1 Japaness Cherries Tea Leaves, 2 of the most fragrant tea leaves in my Outlet.

Also, I'd promised that I will pass her the Southern Tea Leaves when I get it. Still, it's a long planning ahead.

Last week, I'd blessed CL with a 20% Staff discount CBTL voucher; it felt great to give, and yet also quite 'silly' ha ha... Actually I was keeping it if I have the chance to bless it to Bro. Gabriel, well... maybe the next staff voucher.

There's still quite alot of staff I wish and pray I can purchase, but it's out of my abilities. Yet, I still find great joy even I'd haven't get them, cuz I have the Holy Spirit with me... muah ha ha ha... well... I'm not joking; cuz the Holy Spirit is God, and He is equal with the Father and the Son, neither behind nor in front. Praise Him for His comfort. Amen.

Somehow, a past promise I'd made, I have to keep it. I'd promise 'her' that I'll place the guitar I have with 'her' (Since I can't keep it at home) and also 'she' can practice and worship God using the guitar. Still, it's quite a long way. There's also another promise I'd made and it have been hard for me to keep. It's a waiting process which is training my patients.

When Light comes, Darkness have to give way.

Somehow or rather, the Management side had had enough of Farhan's attitude toward work. It's the 'I' mentality that is in him, that's what I see. He's the type that when he knows you well, he'll pin point your weakness and hit it and even the Management side don't even know how to handle it, cuz he 'understands' their 'weak' side and where to attack that they can't even 'control' his working attitude.

Well, for me, he 'knows' that I'm a person who don't really like to listen to immoral words and stuff, yet that's how he does, he'd always like to say them when I'm around. The darkside influence is very strong in him, he love heavy metal, he loves satanic music, he loves to make others feel like a fool out of themselves. That's how he has been even in the past.

Somehow I start to wonder this, he have been working there for quite a long time, but why didn't the Management side now decided to try to 'terminate' him out of the team? Is it that I'm the only Christian in there, like the bible says that, "you the light of the world." Does that mean that the Management see this light bulb I'd brought in or the light went deep to light things up? I don't believe it's all my 'works', but I believe God is showing something with His light.

I guess it's just a matter of time before the Management find ways to terminate him once and for all, I guess for the best for the rest of the team.

Whoo long time / A grudging week

To: Unknown Location

           7 Oct'04

Whoo... ... it's been quite sometime not blogging... ha ha... well, I assure you this have been quite a long 7 days or 1 week of not posting...

I have been quite busy working, (it is not Being Under Satan's Yoke... plzz... ... ha ha... ) Yep, busy working at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. One thing very often people did not mention is always the Tea Leaf... ha ha ha... We (the company) is not just specialize on Coffee... but also on Tea Leaf as well... muah ha ha ha... ...

Yesterday, I went for the company's training on Customer Service. Learnt quit alot of stuff, and about new experience... also some example of cases how should we handle with customers. I had a deep impression on a lady from Batch #54, Serangoon Garden Outlet. My Batch of trainees is #59, so it's pretty strange that she join our training. Maybe she did not went for the Customer Service training. Somehow, something draw or should I say; my spirit was drawn to her. Her name is Jenny Chia.

We have a one hour breaktime at 1pm for lunch, so everyone decides to stick together as a team to somewhere to eat. On the way, Jenny and Anthony were having conversation over some recent cases in the Outlet.

Anthony is also from Serangoon's and he is a Management Trainnee. He is in Batch #59, with us as well. So I was listening to their conversation about the matter at their outlet and also sharing some views.

The guys decided to eat at the market place; we are at Bukit Merah, where the HQ of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is. So we settle down with the lunch crowd, but the Chinese side was apart from the Malays, cuz of shortage of tables. Soe the 4 Chinese; Anthony, David, Jenny and I sat together around one square table. We, the men, have some talk about some of the companies politics towards staff, so we told Jenny that she can go look around first then come back.

When she returns, I find one thing that caught my attention; the small Cross she wore around her neck. Then I start to wonder if she is a believer of Christ.

The 'men' then start looking around what to order. I was the first to decide to order 'Fried Kuai Tiao' or chinese fried noodles, then Anthony ordered the same with me. But for David, he thought of another.

Then we were back, continue having our conversation and having a great time of sharing. Then our food arrived - waiting for each other's food together. Then Jenny's action caught my attention; she did a Catholic's 'way' of saying grace, while say my own grace in our most common CHC way of saying grace.... ha ha ha ha.....

I guess there's alot to share from there, but I'm only leaving it till there.

           A Grudging few days.

Recently, I had start to bear some grudges on some matters against someone. A type of hatred starts to develop out, and I know the Spirit is telling me it is not bad, but I told Him that it just develop out of me and I ask Him for His help against the feeling, but it start to develop stronger and stronger.

And I say it's not a good feeling to continue to think about; but it really makes me sick and tired of hearing him 'discipling' me or something. I just get more sick about the feeling and tired of it. Maybe that is one of the reason why another guy, name Eugene, bacckslided from Church. Always hearing the 'discipling' is bad for a human being. Even Jesus did not always use the 'discipling' method of teaching His disciples; imagine always using the type of 'aggressive' method of discipling. I do feel that it is continue damaging a soul rather than helping a soul.

An aggressive discipling must not be always use to really talk to a person, that is what I learnt hard. Still, I'm neither going to think about this nor will I 'talk' nicely abou this... this is not mine now, I have the Lord to fight against the matter.

That is all I'm going to hint and Amen.

The Day at work

Transmission
Location: At Home
To: Unknown Location

           30 Sept'04

I've been doing my own soul searching for sometime, calculating in details what to do next and looking toward what the Holy Spirit is leading me into.

So far every temptation I had gone through. Temptation which previous members failed to go through. I find that it had become an experience in my walk with the Lord, and maybe ways I can council them with.

To be truthful, one of them whom I desired to see her back is Candy; a lot of halo's here and there through the net, but there is not reply, all the time, and I do mean all the time. I know the time saying that won't be a waste, cuz it's like watering a seed that one day it will bloom the way it should be.

I've been living a very miraculous time; the Lord lend me in aid in cash through an aunt, the favour from man (team members and Manager's) getting stronger, with mum getting better as well with my sis.

Still, I'm hoping that by the end of the year, I'll be able to purchase one of the guitar which I set and named as a Goal for this year. While other Goals are far back behind now, what is a few left is this Goal and others. Actually, I did accomplish a Goal by Jun, which is having a better relationship as a brother and sister with 'her', still, many things between us have to set aside. It's not for me or 'her' to go on anything. But I will keep my promise to 'her' that I will wait till 'she' finish 'her' studies for an answer; so May God help me.

Like I said earlier, I'd been doing my own calculations. The one calculation I can't miss out is on the money side. I'm going into detail for every single cent I used, rather than just letting it go like spent.

So far, by 15 Oct, my earning is double the first month (cuz I'd came into the company around the 15 Aug). The track record so far is great. A total of 84h of working time at my own outlet, 7h at Scotts, 5h at OCBC, 18h at ME. Still, I'm quite hopping that I'll be able to get the Fina guitar by Oct end.

About the guitar? I still haven't decide to get which Fina... ha ha ha.... Got to make a trip down to test maybe with Colin or Mitch.

To keep where, I'm still trying to decide. No idea... ha ha... maybe at Colin's place, never at Mitch house... ha ha ha... or maybe at 'her's.

One thing I have learnt from the Story of Sir Tristram is that; never marry someone you do not love. You'll only find more pain and responsiblity. Rather to live a Single life with Christ rather than with another person you do not love.

So far so good at work place, good news is that we're getting in stuff; return one like, Elieen's 'girl friend', 2 malay guys, Mitch might be coming in, cuz he's asking me to get application form, which in turn, Calvin wants to interview him rather than seeing application form filled.

One good point about Calvin is that, he is good to stuff, but some other ways... duh... then another thing is that, he did make some changes in how our outlet previously does, but one bad thing is that he admit that he's getting lazier and lazier... ha ha ha ha... that's the joke of the day... ha ha ha... But his 'loyal' customer just came with him to the outlet, cuz he'd previously work at Srg then transfered to CTP, then to HGP. So the customer came back to him instead of Srg.

Oh.. almost forgot to note. Today also help the closing staff to close the outlet, although my shift ends at 4pm... ha ha ha.... just doing and helping out Zicky and Farmie and Liz, one of a malay sister I'd love... also... the assistant Manager of the outlet... ha ha...

Well don't know these weekend I'm stuck at Sat or Sun or worst... both... Whaa... Well if Sat, I'll be working with Calvin in morning then afternoon, Kyoko, AM from Scotts, will come in at 3pm, till 5pm then rush down for Service 3. Sunday then a bit 'xiong' cuz got J8 Manager working at morning (if not wrong.) I guess things are now in God's hand, may He lead the way and make a team member to come in.

That's all for the day. God Bless.. :)

School Re-Open and work

Transmission
Location: At Home
To: Unknown Location

           21 Sep'04

School re-open after a week holiday. Well at work, this week's shedule pretty 'few'; only 3 days... (What 3 DAYS ONLY???! ! !) Haiz... Pretty shocking week also, cuz I found out that the outlet now left 7 team members... hmm... very tough now... ha ha ha... most probaly left me who is able to do morning shift.

At school, well... can say the classmates around are a bunch of 'talk backers' or should I say, they'd like to talk back to the teacher... well... Another thing is that there isn't practical lesson that day... well thank God for that, cuz I forgotten to bring the cables for practical.

Later at break time, another discovery is that I found out a girl in my class, who looks very 'guai guai' (innocent), is a smoker... nice discovery... Well it's hard to look at a person from the outside.

After lesson, went to workplace... at first, I was intend to study there and read the bible. After reaching there, suddenly my Outlet Manager, Calvin Ong, asked if I'm free to work, cuz he's pretty busy with other things... (some stuff say, he's busy chit chatting, some say he's just 'lazy') well, since he'd asked me for favour, I'll just do it. So I went home and changed my clothes and it's around 1.30pm and went back with my stuffs... Then start to work from 2pm - 6pm.

Another shocking news is that the morning sales, he said, was good. But after Farhan came, the cashier seem to always have shortage of money and also seem to also receipt not key in. Calvin's suspision is that Farhan had took the money for himself.

Intergrity case again... So Calvin asked me to watch out when Farhan is doing cashier; check customer's receipt... etc...

           7 staff left

           Farhan
           Farmie
           Elieen
           Faizal
           Hannbali
           Zacky
           and of course Me

Zacky and Elieen does only 2 to 3 days shift mostly (for Elieen, sometimes... none.)

So the really in the job once are us. Rumours says that the outlet won't last till year end, cuz of the bad sales volume. I'm not very sure, I can only say is that if the team members keep on having negative thinking, it will happen. I guess, I got to try to influence some of them to think positively. And maybe there is ways to improve the sales and the teamwork of the people.

The Time is coming.

           Quote:

"Every sort of Sin is Insanity" - Pst. Kong Hee.

It's very true. Like the Arabs who tries to 'stop' the Messiah from saving His people by sealing up the 'Beauty' Gate and building graveyard beside the Gate. Thinking that the Messiah won't go through it, cuz it's deflied. Well, think again! ! ! The Messiah have to come down from a long way from Heaven, do you think He will 'mind' about a deflied ground? Do you think He's so Holy and Pure that He is afraid of Sin and defliness? NO way... When He comes, Sin and Defliness will be cleansed.

Anyone who tries to stop you to go to church will also do Insanity things to you. Locking the gates... Destroy Doors... Get rid of the Holy Bible... Hurting you not only physically, but also emotionally... Demoralizing you... That's the Sin of Insanity.

This morning is my working shift and guess what... after mum's out of house, dad 'lock' the gate with another lock (without mum's knowledge) And guess what's the suprise? The key is on the shoe table... ... ...

So I'd unlocked the lock and quickly rush down for my work shift... ... "NO time to play with you, devil," says my soul.

At work place, dad keep calling my phone... well not gonna answer... Work professional rule (No pick up phone in when you're on duty.)

How much more to go? Welcome to the Extreme Limits! ! ! ha ha ha... it's a 'let's hold on the Fortress' statues. Let it be; "if I die, I die as a Christian and as a fool for Christ."

Keep your prayers with me. This I thank you. Amen and Amen.

Pay DAY ! ! !

Early near noon, I went to the bank to check my bank acc.. Then I read the updated transaction into my acc.. I was really glad that I'd receive my first pay of the month.

So after checking my bank acc., I went to Compass Point's LifeBook Store looking for the NKJV Compact Bible, which I've desired to purchase. Sadly, when I check in there... look around... but, no sign of it. So I asked the attendent who is a lady, at her 30's (I pressume), about the bible I was looking. After some search and look around, the lady believed that they have ran out of stock or it's not there. But I assured her that I saw the bible there a month ago time, so I believe she too got some confusion, but she will look out for it. Which next time, I'lll come by and look for it.

Description of the NKJV Compact Bible:

It has gold plated side pages. Words of Christ in Red. Leather Case (no clipper). Verses are line up by verse number. It's quite similar than the first bible I have, except that it has the gold plated side pages and it's leather casing.

So at the end, I purchase a $15 NLT bible. It's really thin and compact in size.

           Back to Topic:

After that, I went to the 7 Eleven Store to pay off half of my phone bills. The rest of the money, I decieded to keep it for my 'rainy' days. Apart of it, I'd saved an amount for Annie's wedding dinner... ha ha ha ha....

After the bills, I'd walked to the interchange to wait for Bus 80, which I was going to take the ride down Bugis then change to Bus 65 to enter Orchard area.

A while later on my journey, I realize that the bus will go to Hougang Interchange first before going down to Bugis. At Hougang Interchange, I remebered that I can take Bus 147 down straight up to meet up Bus 65 at a faster pace than Bus 80. So I board off Bus 80 and went to the interchange to board Bus 147.

A while, the bus came and I board it. On my journey, I took out the NLT bible to read. The book of Matthew was the first I read; later, I took out the NIV bible to counter read as well. I find that the NLT bible is a 'long winded', but very clearly explained bible. It's words are simple and easy for understanding for it uses simple and easy understanding way to express the verse.

Reaching my destination, I board off the bus and went to another bus stop to wait for Bus 65. I counter checked the time and realize that I still have half an hour more before I'm late for work. I'd prayed fervently upon Bus 65's arrival; and it came at 1.30pm. The bus is morderately filled with people, I say. After that, I board off at the bus stop behind Taka. Shopping Center (or Nee Ann City), near Youth Park. Then walked my way to Mount Elizabeth. It's starting to rain quite heavily now, but the rain did not stop my pace to reach my destination.

Walking near Taka, I remembered of the Coffee Bean there is the most busiest outlet of all outlets in Singapore. It was said that they can have up to 10 stuff; 4 managers and 6 team members at the same shift. 3 cashier machine, each stuff have at least 3 to 4 years working experience in Coffee Bean, and also their lowest beginning pay start from $3.00 and onwards. The managers are all very well trained and they have the real team spirit unlike other outlets.

Quite alot of other stuff from other outlets also felt envious about that team, cuz they are, like I said a team.

I reached Mount Elizabeth at 1.54pm, yet I didn't realize that the punch in machine is slow by 15 mins... ha ha ha.... so I punch in at 1.40pm (the machine's timing) It's also one of the busiest outlet as well, even though it's a small outlet.

My day there was very enrich as well. I'd start to know some of the team members in some ways. Most of them are Malays.

Before doing closing, Chris, the manager gave a comment that whatever station I go, people just order at the station I'm working at the moment and sometimes the station will become pretty messy after that. (Yet, I always remember to clean up the mess as well... ha ha ha... )

My day there was pretty blessed and tomorrow, I'm attatch there, yet again, cuz Liz just called pleading cuz Farmie have fallen ill, so he can't make it there tomorrow.

So, tommorrow morning till 2pm, it's another busy shift... ha ha ha... hmm... pretty tiring...

Work... Life... etc...

It's been for more than a month working in Coffee Bean, and I'd learnt quite alot of stuff there; to handle customer's needs, how to react fast if situation is not right... etc...

Tomorrow, I'll be attatch to Mount Elizabeth Hospital Coffee Bean Branch (ME) the second time. The first time, I'd learnt that most of the consumers there prefer hot drinks than cold and the place is very small... even the staff area. The outlet is always busy, mostly dealing with foreigners. The E/B machine there have an 'attitude' problem in the morning and sometimes during busy time; there's one incident that the machine double the shot timing that is required (47 seconds) this is not the only time yet.... ha ha... The outlet runs from 8am to 8pm.

I'd really enjoyed working there, even though it's a small place with a high value outlet.

Talking about one month, I think my pay slip is coming tomorrow, Farmie asked me if I had checked my bank acc. during my night shift today, though he's not on shift today.

Today, also saw some SGT'ians; Da Wei, Wei Kiet, Xiao Zhi Wei. So they're 'pretty' (don't know how to express) also very 'funny'... ha ha... Liz tried to talk them off also, yet they're try to be very demanding of this and that... ha ha ha...

Ronald also came by with his girlfriend before them not long ago talked with Liz and 'picked' up some cakes with him... ha ha... cheesecakes... buster cheesescake.... and coffee cramel... went off biding us goodbye.

It seems like Ronald don't seem to like to work with Calvin (Outlet Manager). Some of the stuff also have the same feeling like that. Maybe Calvin don't really like to joke much, cuz he have the serious type of look on his face also... ha ha... still, I find him a pretty nice person.

Not long ago (Monday), he said he caught the shift staff closing up the shutter too early (maybe the time when I came back from church and went visiting the guys there) It was around 9.15pm. It was Daisy's shift (PT - Assist Manager), Farmie and HannBali. He said he 'scolded' them.. something or so... for closing so early (the correct time to close the shutter is 10pm)

Well got to save up money now... ha ha... maybe one more month, I'll be able to purchase my own guitar. ha ha... still.... cannot keep it at home... haiz... as a saying, the 4 walls of your house can be your enemy.

Oh... almost forget... Annie's wedding dinner is next Thurs... ha ha... also must keep save up to bless her... ha ha.... :)

Well that's all to update for now... :)

Guitar Selection

I'd thinking of getting a very cheap guitar first for use. Still, I got to have an idea what to get. Davis is where I know that have cheap guitar there, might go there some day to find out the quality of the cheap ones after recieving my first pay.

Another thing was that, I'm yearning to get a better guitar, but I'm still quite unsure which guitar to get; Fina 2003 or Yamaha F380. At first, I decided to get Yamaha F380, which is sold in Luthermusic at a much cheaper price than Yahmaha Outlets. But then, I'd went to Guitar4Christ forum for some good advice and recommandation.

From 'Uncle' James and 'Uncle' Wui Ping's advice. James's advice and recommandation is: (I quote)

u can try the Fina 3150 with pickup.
check out this thread:
http://www.guitar4christ.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=3087

I think except for the size, it fits all ur requirements.

p.s. i'm very short too but i dun haf any problems carrying a full-sized guitar

IMO its very difficult to find a small sized guitar with a good projection at the price u are asking for. the only small sized guitars with good projection tha i know cost > $1K.

            To Continue...

i mean it is much better than yamaha.

IMO yamaha standard only so-so, and its overpriced.

That's his comments. Wui Ping's advice and recommandation is: (I quote)

I c. I c. Cuz I heard from some saying Fina's guit is also quite average, except for the budget yet good Fina 2003.

Still, I'm still quite confuse about chosing a good guitar... ha ha...

Any recomandation on Corts? Price range SDG$300-400.

That's why we only recommend the Fina 2003. Laugh

Well, I think I'm going for their advice then. Fina 2003 here I come.. ha ha ha  Laugh
